SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All shipments will automatically incur freight costs irrespective of total purchase amount. The freight cost will be calculated based on your delivery address and the total weight and volume of products in your basket.

The freight cost will be calculated based on the Australia Post freight calculator; however, Sydney Hair & Makeup Co have the discretion and exclusive rights to choose and send your products by any courier they see fit.

Processing Orders: 

We endeavour to process your order within 24 hours of your online order and are working behind the scenes to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and as soon as it is shipped out, you'll receive further confirmation with your tracking number. Our delivery provider delivers Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Delivery delays may occur during the Holiday periods or Covid-19 restrictions. Please contact us for more information.

Please note that Australia Post delivers every second day and non-metro areas will take slightly longer than the below times.

Australia Shipping:

All Australian orders will be dispatched within 1-5 business days and we use Australia Post and DHL and aim to have all Australian orders delivered within 1-3 business days. For Regional areas please allow 2-5 business day.

International Shipping:

Yes we ship internationally and the shipping price will be calculated based on weight at checkout. Please allow 5-8 business days for international orders after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
